Who We Are

Our Core Beliefs

Tesserae is a progressive and collaborative ABA therapy and enrichment centre. The name Tesserae comes from the small, diverse tiles that form a mosaic.

It reflects our two core beliefs:

What Drives Us

Reimagining Developmental Support

Our Vision

To be the leading developmental support centre in Southeast Asia, shaping a future where every individual (neurodiverse or neurotypical) has the opportunity to thrive through positive behaviour, holistic growth, and collaborative care.

Our Mission

To deliver progressive, evidence-based ABA through deep collaboration with families, educators, and other allied health professionals. We empower every child’s growth across home, school, and community.

Why We're Different

Driven by 6 Core Principles

We do more than provide therapy.

We believe in collaborative, compassionate, and progressive care. Learn about our core principles which guide us in empowering children, families, and communities to achieve lasting growth.

Led by Southeast Asia's only BCBA-D therapist

Every program is anchored in the latest clinical research, supervised and executed by Southeast Asia’s only practicing BCBA‑D, Dr. Dominic Leong.

Beyond his expertise in ABA, Dr. Dominic Leong also holds a Master of Guidance and Counseling, allowing him to bring a balanced approach built on clinical excellence across multiple disciplines.

What this means for you

Your child’s programme is guided by Southeast Asia’s only practicing BCBA-D, ensuring therapy is not only ABA-based at the highest standards, but further enriched by expertise across other disciplines, giving you confidence that every decision is backed by the highest clinical standards.

Co-ordinated support for your child

Our care plans are built around the individual. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved when different disciplines work hand-in-hand.

We have extensive experience working with various disciplines (e.g., OT, ST, Psychologists) and can either bring on board trusted partners or work seamlessly with a child’s existing team.

What this means for you

You won’t have to coordinate between multiple specialists on your own – we work seamlessly with your child’s existing team, so support is united and effective.

ABA Beyond ASD

We support a much broader range of conditions outside of ASD (e.g. ADHD, learning differences, developmental delays) and also support neurotypical learners who benefit from ABA’s structure (e.g., individuals with behavioral outbursts or screen time dependencies).

We are not limited by age or gender and can support individuals across a range of age groups.

What this means for you

Whether your child has autism, ADHD, learning differences, or other challenges, or even if they are neurotypical but need structured guidance, we provide tailored ABA support for every stage of life.

Pioneering new models of care

We leverage our clinical expertise to pioneer new models of care, including integrating movement and the arts (e.g. dance, speech & drama) into therapy, and offering purpose-built enrichment programs so individuals with differentiated needs have equal access to pursue their interests.

What this means for you

Your child benefits from engaging and creative approaches (from movement to the arts) that make therapy meaningful, enjoyable, and connected to their personal interests.

Progress beyond sessions

We extend care beyond the therapy room, equipping parents, caregivers, teachers, and communities with the knowledge and confidence to support the child in every environment they live and learn in.

What this means for you

Progress will not stop when sessions end. We equip you, teachers, and caregivers with practical tools so your child’s growth continues at home, in school, and in daily life.

Continuity in care

We recognise that delivering quality care requires thriving practitioners, and we are committed to building an environment where our professionals can flourish together.

What this means for you

A supported and motivated therapy team means continuity and high-quality care for your child, with professionals who are energised and committed for the long term.
