We’ve love to hear from you if you:

• Believe in ethical, compassionate ABA and positive behaviour support
• Have prior experience working with neurodiverse children in one-to-one or group settings
• Are deeply curious, reflective, and motivated to learn, upskill, and grow in your field
• Hold a degree in psychology or a related discipline such as early childhood or special education
• Have relevant certifications such as RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, or equivalent (e.g. ABAT, QBA), as a bonus
• Bring international exposure or experience, which we see as an added plus
